    There are a number of control panels and ftp folder structures, so it’s hard to say exactly where to find the error logs. That’s a question for your hosting company or their support documents. Google can also be helpful. You can start by looking for anything with the word “logs” in your control panel. In ftp, the error log is normally called error_log and is normally found in the root folder of your site, which is normally inside the “public_html” or “www” folder.
