Download mp4 physically

    When I press the download button to download a mp4 file with your plugin, the movie is presented and running. But there is no download button visible in FireFox etc. There is however an option in Chrome to physically download the file (download arrow). Is this a browser setting or do I have to change something in SDM when I also want to see the download arrow after or during the viewing the file?

    Yes, to be precise my question is not about the downloading. Downloading works fine by opening the mp4 video. But saving it on my computer my question is about.

    In Chrome there is a download arrow on te bottom of the video. But not in Firefox (right arrow beside the video) and in Edge (right arrow IN the video). And my question is if there is an option in your plugin that presents the arrow in all browsers. Or is that a browser issue..?

    Hi, I just carried out a test using one of my testing sites. I tested this on two different browsers and I don’t see a down arrow like you mentioned above. Could this be related to your theme? Can you carry out the following test.

    Can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Sixteen or Seventeen. Then report back with your findings.

    Sorry, in Google Chrome there is a download arrow in the right bottom corner. I cannot change theme because I use Divi and that is from another planet… and I don′t want to ′destroy′ my website. Thanks for you time…
