    Hi,
    i’m trying your free version to allow user to download mp3 attachment on the product page.

    When i click to download file it open a new tab with audio player that start.
    Is there a way to download direct the file .mp3 when click download button ?

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Generally, behavior of the attachment is depends on the option you have selected from the settings.

    Please make sure that you have selected option as “No” from here.

    Let me know still if any.

    Thanks for your reply.

    If you have selected the option to “No” then, it should work.

    Can you please make sure that, if you have added the cache plugin then please clear the cache and try it again.

    If still does not working then, please share small video to product your query so, I can review it and get back to you.
