Download monthly invoices together

  • Hello,
    I would like to upload all the invoices for one month.
    When I select for example 5 orders, it works, it generates me one PDF with 5 pages.
    But when I select all the invoices of one month (or one week), I have a 504 Gateway Time-out page.

    Hello @agricamper,

    For your case, the Bulk export tool, included in the Professional extension, is the best option to generate bulk invoices in a given time period:

    This tool by default allows you to export existing documents, but you can uncheck the Only existing documents checkbox to create a new document in those orders that match with your selected criteria (date and filter status)

    The main free plugin also have an PDF Invoice bulk action that allows you to export bulk invoices combined in a unique file. You can select the orders for which you want to print the invoices, and then click on Bulk actions > PDF Invoice:

    Please note that, by default, this bulk action will open existing invoices from the selected orders, but also create a new invoice for those orders that don’t have one yet. You can avoid generating invoices by accident for specific order statuses when using this method, where one invoice should not be generated, under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice > Disable for:

    Hello,
    Yes it’s been months taht I use the PDF Invoice bulk.
    I’m sorry but it doesn’t work, I still have a 504 Gateway Time-out.
    I also disabled Pending payment + Processing + On hold + Cancelled + Failed.

    Hi @agricamper,

    Could you check for any specific errors in your logs when creating invoices in bulk? You can check your error logs via WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Check for an error log that starts with wpo_wcpdf_ and a timestamp that corresponds with when you tried to create the invoices. Let us know what you find.

    Here is what I see:
