We’re running Download Monitor Version 4.4.2 on an Impreza Version 6.1.2 theme and are having issues with the Download logs. They’re slow to load on-screen (if they’ll even load at all) and the Export CSV button just returns an error:

This page isn’t working. Currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500

Any suggestions or advice on how we can get the logs working and accessible again? There’ valuable information there we need to pull.

  • Hey @bobmilne,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Do you have a lot of entries in the logs?

Yes. I used to go in and manually delete old entries, doing one month at a time, but now I can’t even get the logs to display to do that. I just get the Status/Date/User dropdowns and nothing ever populates on that page.

I’m hesitant to use the download logs button as there are months of data I haven’t been able to download and store.

    Hey @bobmilne,

I would recommend enabling “WP Debug” and then test the export. If there are any errors they would be recorded and you can then share it with us.
