Download monitor doesn't count hits

  • Hi all,

    Seems strange but Download monitor plugin doesn’t count my hits. I have the file in the upload/files folder and the path is toggled directly from the edit page of the plugin, but after downloads from users it’s still at zero.

    Can anybody help me?
