download list of single category

Please tell me how to display the download list of items within a single category.

The plugin is very nice and very easy to use, only this is the problem I am facing right now.

I have three categories, out of which I want to display items list of one category on a page.

Please help with an example

[ddownload_list] – it shows complete list

[ddownload_list] – then category what is the shortcode?
