Download links not working

Thanks for reaching out.

I understand that your customers are not able to download files after they make a purchase. It throws an error that says: “This is not your download link. Go to shop”.

It will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

Thanks Daniyal. I have found that the issue was with a plugin called Groundhogg CRM. The response from their developers:

“Looks like WooCommerce is using the same cap ‘download_file’ to check for file download permissions. We are also using ‘download_file’ in our code for download exports/imports/contact files so there is a conflict there. We’ll have to patch this in an update which we will release tomorrow morning”.

I just wanted to post this incase anyone else was experiencing the same issue.
