Download links not Showing

My WooCommercie is at 5.7.1.

I just tried another test order on this same product and received no download links on order confirmation page or via email.

What other troubleshooting options do you have?

It sounds like something is not working with your relative path to the downloadable file. Can you try to use the full URL path when you define your download paths (e.g. https://yoursite.com/wp-content/uploads/file.zip)?

I had that same thought and so yes. I have tried using the absolute path. No luck to doing that either…

Here’s the link to the non-watermarked image meant to be downloaded for the product linked to above:

Of course, when trying to view that image from a browser, one receives a 403 Forbidden.

For what it’s worth, in the WordPress Media Browser when I select the image file to be downloaded, I am given a weird question mark thumbnail image instead of the placeholder image I used to see.

As I continue to troubleshoot on my own and await further support here, on my staging site, I performed a plugin conflict test. My active theme is 2021 and only plugin activated is WooCommerce 5.7.1.

Exact same results. No Downloadable Product link displayed.

For more detailed debugging, I performed these steps also (with all plugins deactivated):

1. Copied Product to New Draft and Published New Product. Download link did not display upon purchase.

2. Added New Product with exact same information. Download link displayed upon purchase.

Does anyone have anything to offer me on this? I am still experiencing this problem.

For what it’s worth. Since I received little to no help in this forum. I resolved my problem. Here are the steps I took in case someone else experiences this issue:

1. I exported all my products
2. Using This helpful GitHub, I deleted all my products from a staging site.
3. I re-imported all products.

Download Links are now showing.
