Download link problems (Have checked other posts)

  • Download links are randomly not working.

    I checked all the previous posts and no one can give a reason or answer as to how to solve or how they solved similar issues.

    I have just updated wordpress. Yesterday i downloaded sell media from the site.

    After some hassles, I got it all working. I am working with full size images 6600 x 4405 and selling them at 6599 x 4405px. and also at a smaller 2800px

    I tried numerous purchases and some of the download links worked and some didnt. I would get the following message.

    File not found

    Firefox can’t find the file at https://perthstore.harneyphoto.com/?download=17K15549737947446&payment_id=149&product_id=125.

    Check the file name for capitalization or other typing errors.
    Check to see if the file was moved, renamed or deleted.

    Fails mostly on the larger size but did fail once on the smaller size.

    I tried with Safari also and no deal.

    Does anyone have any ideas.

    My php.ini settings are

    Max size and max post are both 150mb. Memory is set to max 128mb
    Timeout is 300 seconds

    Can you check your server’s PHP error log? You might want to do a test download to try to replicate the issue. Then the error will be logged and will help you troubleshoot.
