Download link not showing on 1st success

Forgot to mention about browsers. Tested with Chrome, IE11 and Edge on desktop. Same behavior in all 3. Also IE on Windows Phone. Same behavior.

Did you already fix this? I just tried it with Chrome and Firefox and the link appeared right away after submitting the form. I did not need to submit it a second time. Seems to work as it should…

I don’t think it would matter, but just as a side note, when I scroll the page and the little popup appears asking if I want to join the email list I just clicked close on that. Then I scrolled own and filled in the form, hit submit, the link appeared, I clicked the link, download box appeared, I told it to save, and it downloaded the pdf. Seems to be working as it should.

Thanks for testing. I haven’t changed anything. Good to hear that it worked for you. For me, I still see the same behavior (no link on 1st success then link on 2nd success). My OS is Windows 10. What OS are you running? Not sure what else to do on my end except find some more computers to test from to see if I can isolate anything.

I’m on a mac. I’ll try a PC tomorrow and see what happens (then I’ll update this item).

I suffer from the same issue. Both pc and mac. Cannot figure out what it is. I must give up using Google Recaptcha for the same reason. Now that I solved by using a CF7 quiz, I have to fill in the form twice prior to let a user to download a file… No way, man! I need help! ??
