Download link in purchase email only works if I right click and open in new tab

    The download link in the purchase receipt email does not work if I click directly from the email, however if I right click and open in new tab it does download.

    I am using a Mac and Macbook tried various browsers and the same thing.
    I have also tested in Windows and also the same problem

    Do you use any kind of email delivery app for the emails on the site (like Mailgun ) ?
    If you do try without that and with a direct link to your website and see if it works like that.

    Thanks for the quick response Mihai

    I am not using any delivery apps, I’m sending directly via my server (SiteGround)

    I just did this but your colleague said to ask on here as I do not have a licence key – I am testing your software which so far is not going to plan..!

    Hi there, I have found the problem – the site was http, so I changed to https and now its working ??
