  • I also get same type of messaging when using Excel files. I can still open them but it says they are corrupt. Might cause distrust with my users.

Could you please send a copy of an excel file you are using to [email protected]? We will check the issue and solve it.

    Thanks.

Similar problem, the downloadable file is a .zip and when I download I obtain a file without extension. I opened it in a text editor and that’s the hmtl of my wordpress home page.

Please update to 3.0.3, this issue should be fixed.

Nice ! It’s working as it shall do.

A suggestion for improvement : it would be great if subscribers table was sortable. Indeed it’s difficult to see last downloaders.

DuoGeek, I’m very sorry, I said victory too soon. Now the filenames are good, but when I download it (a 105MB zip) I received a 40KB corrupted file. I switched back to 2.0.8 again and can’t use the mailpoet addon I bought.

    Hi gre1423

    Mailpoet is compatible to 3.0.3.

I have tested the plugin just now and it worked, plus I heard good news from other members too, so it’s weird that not working in your end ??

Could you please quickly test with a small file and let us know?

I have same issue. Some PDFs are fine, one is corrupt. If I download directly from WP library, works fine.

Hello! I have the same issue, the downloaded pdf file has a smaller size than the original (which is 245 KB) and I get the message “file corrupted”. I use version 3.0.4, with WordPress 4.7. Any idea how to solve this?
