    Hi

I’m sure others have had this problem but I have spent quite a bit of time looking through the community forum and haven’t been able to find it, except for mention of the No Access page, which I have read and dealt with (I think) correctly.

Okay so as you will see on the page:
    https://timebankingtesting.org.uk/site3/index.php/our-impact/

If you put in the email and click download it redirects (correctly) to:
    https://timebankingtesting.org.uk/site3/download/2158/

where we get the 404 file not found error.

I’ve carefully following the instruction I think.

Please, any thoughts? I need to show this to client as an option really soon.

    Thanks

    James

  • Hey James,

This issue would be due to the “index.php” in your URL’s. Unless you have some requirements for this, please remove it by going to “Settings > Permalinks” menu in your WordPress admin and then test again.

    Hello,

There have been no replies to this topic, so I’m marking this as resolved. Please do let us know if you’re still experiencing an issue.

I have the same problem (error 404) but I my site is in production and can’t change the permalinks removing index.php from the urls. Is there a way to use this plugin with indexp.php in the permalinks. Thank you,
