    Hi

At the bottom of the Terms and Conditions page there is a statement that people can download the page as a pdf.

This link opens up a page that says forbidden.

How do I remove that section, or make the link work?

    Thanks
    Karen

    Hi @karenelated,

In order for the plugin to generate a PDF file, this download link points to a PHP file/script that takes care of this. But if visitors of your website don’t have sufficient permissions to access that file, they will get this 403 Forbidden error.

Some of the most common reasons for this are security plugins that may be limiting access, or insufficient file permissions on the server.

    Hope this helps!
    Kind regards,
    Jarno

Please explain what permissions you’re talking about. I couldn’t view the file on Chrome while being logged in and couldn’t view it on Firefox where I wasn’t. There are no users on my site so nobody will have permission to access any files on my server.

How do I remove that line in the document?

    Hi @karenelated,

Do you, by any chance, have a security plugin such as WordFence, iThemes or a similar plugin?

These plugins might limit access to the folder where the “download.php” script is located, and you will get a “Forbidden” error when you try to visit the page.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

    Hi @karenelated,

I noticed that the page points to another Terms and Conditions page now, so I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to reach out if we can assist.

This doesn’t work for me either. I also get the error…

    Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access this resource.

I have WP Cerber running on my website. However, I did disabled it but still get the error.

    Any help greatly appreciated.
