Download link doesn’t work as expected

    After adding my email in the email field and pressing Send link button a circle starts to rotate endlessly and I got no email.

    Few minutes later after reloading the page, I insert the same email address but I got the message “An email with the download link has already been sent to this email address.” Still, no email was received.

    I turned off the caching plugin but the issue still remains.

    And if you delete all cache (including browser, hosting server, caching plugin) ?

    I deleted the browser hosting and the caching plugin caches, opened a private window and problem still persists. I don’t know how to delete the server cache.

    After submitting a download form on your site, a 5** error occurs (in the browser console). You can find out the exact error by enabling WordPress Debug Mode and write this error to the /wp-content/debug.log file:

    Thanks for the debug info. Only the last error is related to our plugin. This error indicates that the file (image) in the email content is not accessible or not present. You could view the image src attribute (URL) when you select text mode in the text editor (instead of visual mode) (Admin Menu > Downloads > Messages) and make sure this URL is accessible.
