Download link after order completed

Hi, let’s say someone just purchased a digital product to my store. After he complete it, how I can show one small text with hyperlink (above add to cart button in single product) that says eg: You purchased this item. Click Here to dowload.

The words click here to be clickable hyperlink that redirect to My Downloads page. Does premium version or free version offer this feature?
