Download is empty

    Hi, I have followed all the instruction guide and when I test out to order an image from my site, all goes well…I receive an email to say “download your file etc…”, when I click on the link to download and choose to open or save the image, it is empty. I have checked with my host company and I am using the GD Library which is included in PHP 5.6 for my site.

    Hi K,

    Are you testing the download immediately after adding the product? The download data sometimes takes up to 5 minutes to populate as it is done through your processor script.
