download image not working properly

    I uploaded 3 ebooks no problem when I first started to use EDD. However, today, I’ve tried to upload 1 more, and the download image isn’t working properly. It’s showing up on the download page as a blown up graphic instead of the actual book cover, yet the product page image is working fine.

    Hi @dianewordsworth

    Could you point us a link to a page to see the issue that you are referring to?

    Please keep in mind that the way images are displayed on the front-end is usually controlled by your theme and it’s settings so it is possible that the theme offers some sort of settings in regards to display images on posts/pages that you can play with.

    Could you check for the first Download in the list and make sure it has a Featured image uploaded?

    They don’t have ‘featured’ images. They have ‘download’ images.

    If you mean Flash Fiction Book 3, then yes, it has a download image. If you mean Ten Short Stories 21 – 30, then yes, it has a download image. They all have download images. They are all the same. But the one in the top left, Flash Fiction Book 3, is the only one that doesn’t look the same. That’s the one I uploaded yesterday.

    The ones that are correct do look like featured images. But I can’t see ‘featured image’ anywhere on the download. Only ‘download image’.

    Also, all of the images are the exact same size.
