Download Image Not Showing Inside Post

  • Hey there,

    Easy Digital Downloads will not automatically output the featured image on the “single” product page. This is something that is either being done through your theme’s code or by the user manually inserting the image into the body text area of the download.

    Thanks for your response Phil, however, if you click on the link of any other download, the image is showing on the product pages of ALL of the downloads with the exception of those 2. I did not create them any differently. There is no other user but me, my customer doesn’t know how to use WordPress. Any other ideas?
