download gets stuck

    When I try to download the archive zip file, which is 44.3 MB it always gets stuck at 40.1 MB. I have checked everything from my side and there is no problem.

    Could you please help?

    Hi @olahboss ,

    To make sure that Duplicator has created the backup successfully, please use FTP program and check if the backup as been created in the directory \wp-content\backups-dup-lite

    If the backup exists in this directory, then the problem can be related to your server or your browser.

    Please try another web browser to download the backup or contact your hosting to check this problem for you.

    You can always download the backup archive and the installer file using FTP program from the directory \wp-content\backups-dup-lite
