Download form keeps on spinning

    I am using Contact 7 so that the users can download a PDF. The form keeps on spinning upon submission.

    I have disabled all the other plugins and tried the same with no avail.

    I read at an older thread that the interim solution was to downgrade to v5.3, however I would have expected the problem to be resolved by the current version.

    Any clues?

    I am using Divi theme.

    Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Akismet Anti-Spam, Flamingo, WP Mail SMTP and Yoast SEO, and clearing all cache data.

    Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

    I deactivated the theme and all the plugins and the behaviour is still the same.

    Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this problem further, please?
