    Apologies if this has already been answered – the search function didn’t bring up anything related to your plugin, just other plugin names.

    I am using the plugins Contact Form 7, Download Monitor and Email Before Download to get people to enter name and email address in exchange for an email (with the download attached). Despite the download apparently being uploaded (displays an ID and file name when I view all downloads and has been “published”, when I receive the email there is no attachment. I am unsure whether this is the Download Monitor plugin.

    Any idea what I’m doing wrong? Is there an issue with adding .zip files as downloads?

    Please note since the plugin “Email Before Download” is not developed by us, we do not provide support for it. I would suggest contacting its developer.

    Also, to check if there is any issue with our plugin, create a new download with the same file but instead of locking it with this 3rd party plugin, try using the download link provided by our plugin and test it.
