Download file is 0 bytes

  • We offer two files on our website for download via this plugin. Everything was working fine until recently when one of the files downloaded is o0 bytes in size.

    File 1 = 130MB (downloads no problem using the link provided by this plugin)
    File 2 = 113MB (downloads as 0 byte file using the link provided by this plugin)

    It’s obviously not a size issue and the download plugin is pointing to the correct file as we can initiate the download via the plugin admin panel.

    What can cause the download to fail and result in a 0 byte file (name matches the downloaded file)?
