Download File From Browser

Hi,

I’m wanting to download the file immediately when someone clicks on it (or open in a new tab). Instead, it’s currently opening another page with the file information. This information isn’t necessary, so is there a way to just have the file download immediately? I’m using the shortcode [wpdm_tree], and my site is: wfbhealthcare.com.
