    Hello!

    I have been sporadically running into download errors on larger files since the last update.

    Any insight that can help me figure this out?

    Can you please share the size of the files?

    Please note that our plugin uses PHP to process downloads. This is required in order to lock them and calculate the download count.

    Since a PHP process has a time limit and memory allocation, if these limits are small then it would affect the download. I would recommend either increasing these limits or to host the files on something like Amazon S3.
