    To avoid the “403 forbidden error”, kindly delete or rename the smack_uci_uploads folder in the following path,
    www\wordpress\wp-content\uploads

    Alternate solution :
    You can also avoid this error by providing 777 permission to the uploads folder in your WordPress root directory.
