Download does not work on checkout page

    Hello,

    For some reason, I cannot get it to work where the customer can download the digital product on the order details once they purchased the item. Also, no e-mail is sent to them either.

    Here are the Paypal Sandbox details:

    First name:
    John

    Last name:
    Doe

    Email ID:
    [email protected]

    System Generated Password:
    F;MvO7f#

    you can make up any address and postal code.

    Please help!

  • Hello, please don’t share any login creds in this forum.

    The best approach is to make sure you have all your emails enabled. Also, most hosting providers do not allow emails to go to and from a non domain site.

    Start there. Let us know.
