Download Delivery, Shipping and Dispatch

    Hi,

    A client has come to me saying that when they click Print Delivery Note, Print Shipping Label and Print Dispatch Label and then try to save the file on the preview screen as a PDF, the proper file name is not generated, as in they are not seeing deliverynote_3463 for example. The filename is just blank leaving them to fill it in with the corresponding name.

    Not sure about this one but it sounds device or Adobe software specific to me or is there a way to get a “Download Delivery Note” option on the dashboard that acts as the other download buttons, i.e. it downloads the pdf file with the correct filename as apposed to going to print/print preview first? (The client would like to have the shipping labels etc. downloaded and saved as well, just in case you were wondering )

    Any help would be most appreciated.

    Hi @ripperman.

    We have tested the scenario of using the “Save as PDF” option from print preview screen and the correct filename, specifically, deliverynote_3463.pdf is being generated automatically in the filename field and similarly with the shipping label.

    The download option for other labels is available in the premium version of the plugin.
