    Hi,

So, I have a list on the front end that displays all users along with a filter for… well filtering.
The download csv produces a csv file of the entire list as per the criteria on the initial configure list.

I wonder if I have missed something? Is there a way of producing a list of users based on a filter criteria, for download? I realise I can configure a list for each filter option, but since there are about 50 that is a lot of lists and a lot of WP pages for display.

What would be great is that a user, on the frontend, can filter the one list and download that filtered list.

    Any clues…?
    Thanks

    Hi Graham,

the way it works right now is that the csv gives the whole list. That’s the way it was designed. The thinking is that only folks who are okay to have access to the whole list would be ‘csving’ and that once you have a csv file in excel, it is super easy to sort/delete and/or otherwise manipulate to get what one wants.

If you want to make it easier for folks, Without changes to the code, best would be to sort first by the filter field – then folks can just easily delete the rows that they do not want.

    Thanks for this clarity.

I was having the same problem. On the back-end, as soon as i changed my list to Not Public i was able to export the same columns as what i saw on the list page. But, for some reason, if my page was public i could not export on back-end page.
