download CSV file with no entries

  • 911! i tend to buy pro , but the download CSV file was empty with no entries within free version. it makes me worry the pro version.

    please help , take a look , it would be grateful if the issue can be slove and if you could help asap .

    Hi there,

    I have not heard of this happening before. Can you please confirm if there are any saved rating entries? Take a look at the entries page in WP-admin or in the database to check. If it’s just the CSV file export not working properly, try changing some of the filters to see if that helps.
