• When looking under ‘Entries’, the ‘Download CSV’ button has suddenly stopped working. On Google Chrome, there is a ‘network error’ message and in other browsers the Excel file is simply blank.

    I did find a workaround which was to select all the entries and choose ‘Export to CSV’ from the drop-down bulk options, but this only works for the entries on that page and so would need to be repeated if you have lots of entries to download (as I do).

    How can this be rectified?

  • This sounds like it may be a plugin or theme conflict. Could you temporarily deactivate other plugins and switch to a default theme to see if that is the problem? Also, are you up-to-date with Formidable?
