Download configuration image

  • Hey,

    in the settings, there is a label “Download configuration image”. after a sale, the customer receives a link where they can download the configuration image. how can they (or we) download the image BEFORE/WITHOUT buying the product? considering that the function exists already, why can it not be accessible from the configuration page?

    Hi there,

    how can they (or we) download the image BEFORE/WITHOUT buying the product? considering that the function exists already, why can it not be accessible from the configuration page?

    This functionality uses data and images which are stored when the product is added to the cart and in the order, and the images which are generated at that stage.

    While I am planning to add this feature, these methods aren’t currently available when configuring the product.
