Download certificate

    Hi, when students complete a course, I want them to have the option to download their certificate as pdf.

    On the certificate page, the only options available now are the share to socials and copy url. Why is the option to download as pdf unavailable?

    i also have a problem where instructors don’t get emails when students submit assignments even though they get other emails and students don’t get emails when instructors reply to their comments

    We are very sorry for the issue. The Email and Certificate are part of the Tutor LMS Pro and this forum is only for free products. So you will not get any support here.
