Download Button not showing in download information page…

    Hi,

    I have used your plugin and so far I am happy with it, however, one problem has refused to workout.

    When one accesses the download through the download url directly the file information shows but not the download button.

    Can you advise what I am not doing right? All the files have been set to public.

    You noticed the dotted border where the download button is and as per the page template, it has these codes that I had tried out without success: `<div style=”width: 200px; border: dotted #666 .1em”>
    [download_link]<br />[download_link_extended]<br />
    </div>`

    Any advise will highly be appreciated.

    Hi,

    Did you customize the plugin code?

    I am asking it because free version of Download Manager doesn’t have custom template feature.

    Could you please an support request in our forum? I might have to take a look in your setup to find the issue, if you are willing to provide me temporary access.
