download button not appear

    Good morning,

    I am testing your plugin in the free version before making the purchase and I have a problem downloading the gift voucher.

    At the end of the order, the “download PDF” button is not displayed and it is therefore impossible to download the gift voucher.

    The gift card email works and arrives well by email.

    How can we solve the problem?

    Thanks for using our plugin,

    As per your mentioned query in the free plugin only the buyer will get the email template in the mail.
    If you want to send the gift card pdf then you can check our pro plugin for this.
