Download Button Does Not Work Uniformly

So I am using the mp3 J-player to play my audios.
Problem is the download button does not work uniformly.
When I click on the download button of some audios, it shows me a link to the download file in a dialog box. While in some audios, the dialog box shows up and has the message “Unavailable” , yet when I right click on the download button, and click “Save As” the mp3 is downloaded.
How do I make it work uniformly for all?
