download button did not appear after purchase

With your downloadable product, you placed a test order using PayPal Sandbox.

When you say the “download button didn’t appear” do you mean on the order confirmation screen? Or did the order not complete?

If you can confirm the steps you followed we can see if we’re able to replicate this locally and look into this with you.

In your reply could you also please share a screenshot of your test order including the order notes section, and removing any personal information.

Could you please share a screenshot of the paid digital product please from WP-Admin > Products and also a full page screenshot of the test order for that product from WP-Admin > Orders please.
