download and print buttons not showing in toolbar of automatic viewer

  • I use the setting that will show any .pdf file in a viewer. Recently I noticed that when I view the file, the download and print features are no longer present. Both download and print are set in my global settings and were working before.

    I have defined one viewer I use for newsletters. All of the features I set are showing fine in the toolbar of that viewer.

    Can you please advise why the toolbar with download and print no longer show in automatic viewers when .pdf files are inserted into a wordpress page?
