download and activate plugin

    Hi, sorry if I write here. I receive an error after we download e installing the plugin: when i go to ACTIVATE I receive this error:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function curl_init() in D:\Inetpub\webs\yacovisraeltourcom\wp-content\plugins\wp-mobile-detector\functions.php on line 1121

    And i can’t to re enter in the dashboard for uninstall or to do nothing.
    I must to remove the plugin from ftp and then enter in the site.

    What i must to do?
