Download a copy button is not working

Hello,

I have an issue with the download a copy button. It’s not working and the user can’t download the word document that have been embedded into the page. I have deactivate and activated the plugin but nothing change, even updated the plugin also didn’t resolve the issue. May I know what is the problem and how I can solve this issue? Hope you guys can help me with this.
