Downhill

Have the pro version, and have had it for 5 years. They seem to be abandoning aspects of their products. Updates are infrequent, i have been get warnings for months now from wp that template files are outdated, but thinkup themes says there is no errors, so no updates. The page builder they use is their fork of Site Origin’s and they seem to have stopped supporting this plugin. Had to remove it and add Site Origin’s which required modifying most pages. Not surprising since website still has copy-write 2019, and it is now june 2020. They also seemed to have stopped answering support queries on wordpress org. But they did send a reminder for me to renew for another year! (btw when you renew they start the new year from your renewal date NOT from the end of the previous year – so don’t renew early!) But it was good when I first bought it.
