Downgrade to 2.9

    Some of my clients’ sites upgraded to version 3, but I’m seeing a lot of problems. I want to downgrade to version 2.9 for now while I sort out the changes necessary for the upgrade to 3.

    What’s the best way to do this? I’ve tried re-uploading the 2.9 code, but it looks like the settings in the database have been modified so the menus are a bit off at the moment (positioning, colors).

    Hi there,

    No changes will be made to the original settings. You need to simply remove the responsive-menu folder and then upload the 2.9 again.

    Try clearing the caches and hitting Update Options one more time to see if ot refreshes the styles.
