downgrade to 2.7.1

  • The flash uploader is broken in 2.8. Everything was fine in 2.7.1.

    How can I go back? It seems like that would be simpler for me, as I am not a coder.

  • delete all files EXCEPT
    wp-config.php
    /wp-content folder and associated files in it (or any files you modded)

    upload 2.7.1 files being careful not to overwrite the files you saved
    should do it
