Downgrade option not appearing

    After choosing the target version and saving the changes, when I try to Update Core link or Up/Update Core button it does not appear the (If you need to re-install (selected) version you can do so here ‘Re-install now’) option.

    I had to watch a video tutorial to know what I was doing wrong, there I saw that the option it should displaying isn’t there.

    I do the downgrade manually. But maybe it was an incompatibility with one of the plugins that my client has installed.
