Downgrade back to 3.1.1

I did the automatic update. And now I am getting the fatal error. Can someone tell me how I can go back to what I had so the site can go back up and then I will let the person, who I had make the site, who knows what they are doing, do the update on Monday when they are in their office. I really need help so I can get my site back up asap. thank you
