Dowload link 404 error

Few days ago my downloads stopped working. I re-installed the plugins – download monitor 3.3.6, Email before download 3.3 and Contact form7 3.9.1
but still it shows up 404 error.
I check to download files directly from the download monitor itself but that also shows up the 404 error.
Can someone help please?
