Doubt about operating in WordPress

Hi, I ‘m new to WP , I wanted to know if you can do the following :

Create 2 Groups ” Group 1″ “Group 2” (or more) and 2 Categories “Categorie 1” “Categorie 2” and 2 pages “Page group 1” “Page group 2”,
up here is that you can.

Well, now I want every group can not see, read or write the category and page the other group..

Is this possible , that way?
