Doubt about delay

    Hello, is the delay based on the previous email or the user’s addition to the sequence?

    Hi @masterpiece8931 , the delay will work after the previous step in automation.

    For example, if you add a 1 hour delay in between two “send email” then for every user it will wait 1 hour after sending the first email. After that the 2nd email will be sent.
