    The CF7 form on a Neve theme is sending notifications that the form was filled out twice every time. I found some notes that mention the theme can cause this problem. Is that true and if so where would I address it? By the way, I’ve built multiple sites with the Neve theme and this one is the only one having this problem but I thought I’d ask.

    We are not aware of a similar issue with Neve and many clients use Contact Form 7 so it’s definitely shouldn’t be an issue of the theme. As you said you also have other websites running with Neve as active theme and this doesn’t happen so should be something specific to the WordPress instance in question.

    As this is quite an old post – if you have identified the reason already and fixed it – kindly share the solution with others if anyone faces a similar problem in the future even though it’s not related to the theme. Thanks!

    The client ended up going with a new build (for other reasons) so I never found the cause. Unless someone else needs this, we can close the post. Thanks for your response.
